Who is responsible for the management of personal data?

MM & TW manage your data confidentially, loyally, and in compliance with the law. Only the data necessary for providing our service will be stored. We will not share or use this data for any other purposes than those for which it was collected.

What do we use your personal data for?
At the Golf School Monnard / Widmer, we collect your data in order to provide you with our golf courses and responses more effectively, reducing unnecessary inquiries and effort. We may need to contact you through multiple channels to answer any questions. We also collect your data when you make tax-free purchases, in order to process the necessary documents.
To browse our website, you do not need to provide any personal data. When filling out contact forms, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). If you do not fill out these fields, we may not be able to fully process your request.
Why do we need your personal data?
The legal grounds for using your personal data are as follows:
- To fulfill our part of the contract, we need to match your data with the products you have requested from us.
- If you grant us permission to: 1) send you information, products, or third-party offers, 2) share your data with partners who may send you information or offers related to your request, 3) use your information in an anonymous manner (without identifying you) to create analyses, statistics, or third-party reports.
- For the legitimate interest of the Golf School Monnard / Widmer to better meet your expectations, improve your satisfaction, and offer better services and products, including creating statistics or conducting surveys that may interest you. We collect this information anonymously through cookies and cannot identify you with it.
- Cookies used by Golf School MM & TW are anonymous and do not provide information that can be traced back to you as a user. Non-anonymous cookies are those left voluntarily by the user, for example in customer accounts, which store username and password for up to one month to simplify access.
- To process tax-free documents and invoices.
- To send you newsletters with potentially beneficial information.
These legal grounds respect your ability to protect your data and ensure your honor, personal, and family privacy. At Golf School Monnard / Widmer, we believe in the customer’s right to handle their data securely and correctly (we use techniques and security measures to ensure your privacy). This is all done to provide you with better and more direct services. Please note that we can only offer good service by collecting certain customer data. Naturally, we always offer you the right to request the deletion of your data. You can do this by emailing michel @ golfschule-mallorca.net or tobias @ golfschule-mallorca.net.
How long do we store your data?
We will retain your data for the duration of the service contract. Inquiries that do not lead to a contract will be kept for up to 6 months, unless we agree to a longer storage period to prevent repeated inquiries.
Once our contract has ended, Golf School Monnard / Widmer will block your data for the legally allowed periods. These are 10 years for anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing purposes, and up to 21 years for civil law claims. After these periods, your data will be destroyed.
Who do we share your data with?
We will not share your data with third parties unless we are required to do so by law or if we have previously agreed to share data in order to provide certain services.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

- Correction: You can correct any inaccuracies in your data.
- Deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data.
- Refusal to store: You may request that your data is not stored or processed.
- Limitation of processing: You can request limitations or corrections in the following cases:
- If there is suspicion of data inaccuracy
- If processing is illegal but you oppose data deletion
- If Golf School Monnard / Widmer does not need your data for service provision, but you require it for claims
- If you oppose the processing of data for public interest purposes, while we determine whether the processing outweighs your interests.
- Transfer: You can receive your personal data in electronic format and request it to be transferred to third parties.
If you believe that we have not processed your data in accordance with the law, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.agpd.es).
To exercise your rights, you will need to provide a copy of your ID or passport. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
