6. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY (NO-SHOW POLICY)

1. Booking Golf Courses and Events:

Bookings for golf courses, events, and private lessons can be made online, by phone, or by email.

A confirmation of the booking will be sent by email and is binding.

2. Cancellation Conditions and Deadlines:

    • Group Courses and Events:
      • 14 days or more before the course starts: No cancellation charges.
      • From 8 to 14 days before the course starts: 50% of the course fee if the spot cannot be filled.
      • From 0 to 7 days before the course starts: 100% of the course fee if the spot cannot be filled.
    • Private Lessons:
      • Less than 24 hours before the lesson or no-show: 100% of the lesson price.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling:

Private lessons or courses can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start, if there are available slots.

For group courses, the same cancellation deadlines apply.

5. Booking Validity:

      • Non-binding Requests: Requests via our contact form are not considered a binding booking. A booking is considered binding only when confirmed by the golf school in writing (by email) or by phone.
      • Confirmation within 3 Days: After receiving confirmation from the golf school, the client must confirm the booking within 3 days. If no confirmation is received within this period, the booking will not be valid. If more time is needed to confirm, it must be communicated in advance. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.
      • Course Cancellation Conditions:
        • From 0 to 7 days before the course starts: 100% of the course price if the spot cannot be filled.
        • From 8 to 14 days before the course starts: 50% of the course price if the spot cannot be filled.
        • 14 days or more before the course starts: No cancellation charges.

6. Private Lessons:

Cancellation of private lessons within 24 hours of the lesson will result in the full price being charged if the timeslot cannot be reallocated, except in cases of significant events (e.g., illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances).

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, designs, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of www.majorcagolf.com or third-party providers and is protected by copyright laws.

8. COOKIE POLICY

www.majorcagolf.com uses cookies to enhance the user experience and analyze website usage.

Users can refuse the use of cookies in their browser settings. However, this may restrict the functionality of the website.
